Current turn around estimate:
Card Cleaning - On the spot in many cases, 7 calendar days or less otherwise
Rework/Damage Fix - 14 calendar days

These are periods of known events that turnaround times will be further outside normal estimates due to not being at the work desk, or prioritizing scheduled events.
